Shipping Disclaimer:  Creole Rose Apparel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In these rare instances/ situations please contact your local post office or usps.com regarding your concerns.

Orders that are fulfilled locally in Houston typically t-shirts and most masks, will be shipped between 3-5 business days. However, brand name items and other items that are fulfilled by Modalyst or AliExpress have their own shipping policies.  Some may be shipped from internationally and can take up to 30 days.  Brand name items have their own return policy as well.

Returns & Refunds

Due to COVID-19, I cannot accept t-shirt or mask returns at this time.
